By placing an order with The Dipping Room, you agree to the following:  

🧁 Product Information  All treats are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance. Colors, designs, and decorations are customized based on availability and seasonality.  

⚠️ Allergy Notice  Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including milk, soy, wheat, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.  Customer assumes all responsibility for allergy disclosures and consumption risks.  

📦 Order Policy

• Orders must be placed at least 4 days in advance.

• Rush orders (under 48 hours) are subject to an additional fee.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery.  

🚫 Cancellation Policy  Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup/delivery will be charged in full.  

🚗 Pickup & Delivery  Local pickup available in New Castle, DE. Delivery may be offered at an additional fee depending on location and schedule.  

📸 Photos & Marketing  Photos of your custom treats may be used for marketing unless requested otherwise at the time of order.
