Return and Refund Policy

At The Dipping Room, every treat is handmade with care to ensure freshness and quality. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below:

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
   
• If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and production has not yet begun.
   

To request a refund:

• Contact us at support@thedippingroom.com or 347-469-7197 within 24 hours of delivery.
   
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue (if applicable).
   

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a partial refund (deposit is non-refundable).
   
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup/delivery.
   

• Custom orders and party packages are non-refundable once production has started.
   
• We are not responsible for incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
